Do you have a favorite room in your apartment? We want you to love every room in your home but we know you probably have a favorite place to relax or hang out. Personally I love my bedroom, it’s a place where I can definitely relax and rest. I can also enjoy a good movie or read a good book in my wing chair.

So do you have a favorite room in your apartment? Which is it, the kitchen, bedrooom, living room or the patio/balcony? Vote on our blog and let us know what you think! Comment below if you don’t see your favorite room listed.

Wall Art…That Sticks!

Posted on June 9, 2010 · Leave a Comment

vinylI’ve been re-decorating my apartment and recently I started on my wall art. I like to try out new things and I’ve discovered Vinyl Wall Art. It’s perfect because I live in an apartment. I get to decorate my walls without painting or ruining them! They add a certain touch that I really like for my apartment!

There is a variety of Vinyl Wall Art that you can get, but my favorite are the quotes. Depending on where you’d like to add them, they can correlate to that room. For example, you can have a food quote for the kitchen; “The Fondest Memories are Made When Gathered Around the Table.” Kohls has a variety of the Vinyl Wall Art and for a great price!

Let’s get Fresh!!

Posted on May 28, 2010 · Leave a Comment

tacoBaja Fresh has come to Atlanta and it’s so delicious!!! I don’t usually go to Mexican grills but Baja Fresh has become my exception. I really enjoy the quesadillas that Baja Fresh has, the warm tortilla and cheese with the chicken and peppers, yum! I don’t like Pico de Gallo so I request not to have it and they accomodate easily.

Baja Fresh Atlanta has been creating a stir, attending Fiesta Atlanta, catering and delivering to their customers. Baja Fresh is located off of 250 Park Avenue West NW #102 near the Georgia Aquarium. Call 404.681.BAJA (2252) for more information.

Enjoying Jazz in Atlanta!

Posted on May 27, 2010 · Leave a Comment

saxThis year the Atlanta Jazz Festival returns to Piedmont Park for two days. This is the country’s largest free Jazz festival and it’s in our beloved city, Atlanta. The Estates of Dunwoody is central to many places like Perimeter Mall, I-75, I-85 and ofcourse I-285, this is the bliss of our home, we’re so close to downtown.

The festival begins Saturday May 29th from 12:00-11:00 p.m. and ends Sunday May 30th from 12:00-11:00 p.m. The Atlanta Jazz Festival is in its 33rd year and performers like the Rialto Jazz For Kids All Star Jazz Band and Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue will be playing. Come out and enjoy Memorial Day with the sounds of Jazz!
